ISSEY MIYAKE box pleat cut and sew, Heart collaboration

I bought this a long time ago and have never worn it.
The tag is gone. I kept it in a bag, so I think it's clean, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about anything, as it has been stored by a private individual.
This is a design that was a collaboration between me ISSEY MIYAKE and a designer.
It features a heart and a flower that looks like a palm.
It's a high-neck, short-sleeved top, so you can wear it in the summer, of course, and in the winter you can wear a cardigan or a long-sleeved top underneath.
I think the washing tag was originally printed lightly. I bought it over 10 years ago, so it may have faded due to aging.

Although it is a new, unused item, it has been stored by a private individual. Please understand that it is not a perfect new item.
