This vintage 1960's / 70's Japanese porcelain ware tea set features hand painted decoration of chrysanthemums and butterflies. The undecorated blanks were made in Japan and then decorated in Hong Kong.
Included are a four cup capacity teapot, five 4.5" diameter saucers, and six cups that hold 6 fluid ounces.
The marking of "A.C.F." can be explained as follows :
A = Japan (producer of blanks).
C = China (or Hong Kong in this context).
F = Finishing/Decoration (in Hong Kong).
The condition is excellent with no cracks, chips, or crazing.
